The next chapter in my Cultural Anthropology book is about Time. We attempt to measure it with mechanical devices, but it is how we perceive time passing that is much more relevant than what the clock says. Einstein explained his theory of relativity thus: "Put your hand on a stove for a minute and it seems like an hour. Sit with that special girl for an hour and it seems like a minute. That's relativity." What is 24 hours or 90 days? Only what you fill them with.
