I was having a bit of trouble finding the light switch in the outer hallway -- this made putting the key in the key hole a little difficult in the dark... but I figured that one out by the end of Day 2. The life of a cultural anthropologist is not easy!!

You never gave me the name of the person with the surfer contacts...,although I did see a bunch of them this afternoon when I took a walk to the beach...
